Who We’re Looking For: We’re on the hunt for behaviour therapists and ABA therapists who want to make a real impact. Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has experience working with students diagnosed with autism.
- Is energetic and enthusiastic—because kids need that energy to thrive!
- Is committed to providing top-notch customer service for both students and their families.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is ready to work with our team to help kids grow academically and socially.
Not a Good Fit For You If:
- You’re not a fan of working independently (you’ll be managing your own schedule and client relationships).
- You don’t want to build personal connections with families and students.
- You don’t have experience working with children diagnosed with autism or you’re not eager to learn.
The Job Details:
- Provide both behavioral and academic support to children diagnosed with autism.
- Assist with communication, safety, social skills, and daily living.
- Be a key part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive support.
- Work closely with parents and guardians to track progress and make a lasting impact.
Location:
Mississauga, Ontario (Travel to student homes required)
Schedule:
- 1:00-4:00 p.m. twice per week
- After school hours and weekends as well
